Striata ANTI-SPAM POLICY
Striata employs a very stringent anti-spam policy. We do not perform any unsolicited emailing of any kind and are fully compliant with the United States Federal CAN-SPAM Act, which includes but is not limited to:
- Consumers may not be misled by using non-relevant subject lines, ambiguous subject lines, etc.
- Consumer may not be prevented from automatically removing themselves from a list
- Email must be sent from a valid, functioning email address
- Email must include a valid, functioning reply-to address
- Email must include an adequate and functioning "opt-out" or "unsubscribe" option
- Each email must include the full physical contact information of the sender
- Email may not use or contain invalid or forged headers;
- Email may not use or contain invalid or non-existent domain names;
- Email may not employ any technique to otherwise misrepresent, hide or obscure any information in identifying the point of origin or the transmission path;
- Email may not use other means of deceptive addressing;
- Email may not use a third party's internet domain name, or be relayed from or through a third party's equipment, without permission of the third party;

If you feel you have received unsolicited email from Striata or any of its partners, please report the incident to Striata Support (Abuse @ Striata dot com).
Termination of services
If Striata believes that unauthorized or improper use is being made of any Striata Service, it may, without notice, take such action as it, in its sole discretion, deems appropriate, including blocking messages from a particular internet domain, mail server or IP address. Striata may immediately terminate any account which it determines, in its sole discretion, is transmitting or is otherwise connected with any email that violates this policy.
Nothing in this policy is intended to grant any right to transmit or send email to, or through, the Striata Services. Failure to enforce this policy in every instance does not amount to a waiver of Striata's rights.
